1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using YallaPlates.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

YallaPlates is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of UAE license plates. We act as an intermediary platform and do not own, sell, or transfer any plates directly.

Our services include:

• Listing services for plate sellers
• Search and discovery tools for buyers
• Communication facilitation between parties
• Secure payment processing

3. User Accounts

To list plates or make purchases, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Listing Requirements

Sellers must ensure that:

• They are the legal owner of the plate or authorized to sell it
• All plate information is accurate and truthful
• Prices are final and include all applicable fees
• Plates comply with UAE RTA regulations
• Listings do not contain offensive or misleading content

5. Fees and Payment

YallaPlates charges the following fees:

• Listing fees: As specified at the time of listing
• Transaction fees: A percentage of the final sale price
• Premium features: Additional fees for featured listings

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store credit card information.

6. Transfer Process

The actual transfer of plate ownership must be completed through official UAE RTA channels. YallaPlates facilitates the introduction between parties but is not responsible for the legal transfer process. Buyers and sellers should follow all applicable UAE regulations for plate transfers.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Listing plates they do not own or are not authorized to sell
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Manipulating prices or engaging in fraudulent activities
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Using automated tools to scrape or collect data
• Violating any UAE laws or regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

YallaPlates is not liable for any disputes between buyers and sellers, including issues with plate authenticity, ownership, or transfer. We recommend users conduct their own due diligence before entering into any transactions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, all pending listings will be cancelled.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
